Can my parents take property back from his son, he is misbehaving and harasses them. My parents gifted that property to him and they don't have another property or money. They are sinior citizen and not taking care of by him. Please reply

Q: Non-Receipt of Product from Amazon.in

I have ordered a Phone through Amazon.in and paid for it through Credit Card on EMI basis. On receipt of the phone I found the phone is not working properly so I put it on replacement with Amazon. One replacing the phone the delivery took the old phone and handover the new packet which is packed in Amazon bag. On opening the packet we found the box as empty there is nothing inside it. I have complained with Amazon Customer Care but they totally denied to give any replacement or refund. I submitted my complaint to INGRAM also but they said they can't do anything because I don't have any proof against them. Please help what should I do.
