Case status shows 'FOR ADMISSION' for last three consecutive date, but in fourth announcement shows 'DISPOSED'.what does it mean?

You will only have to pay Stamp Duty while executing Gift Deed.While executing a Gift Deed, there is no Amount of cash involved except for the amount charged for Stamp Duty.I would rather advice you to come and meet me so that it can be discussed in detail.

Can my parents take property back from his son, he is misbehaving and harasses them. My parents gifted that property to him and they don't have another property or money. They are sinior citizen and not taking care of by him. Please reply

Was a gift deed executed?If Yes, then you can only claim for maintenance and not for the property.But, if the gift deed was not executed, then you can claim the rights of the property.I would rather advice to come and meet me so that it can be discussed in detail.

Q: Non-Receipt of Product from Amazon.in

I have ordered a Phone through Amazon.in and paid for it through Credit Card on EMI basis. On receipt of the phone I found the phone is not working properly so I put it on replacement with Amazon. One replacing the phone the delivery took the old phone and handover the new packet which is packed in Amazon bag. On opening the packet we found the box as empty there is nothing inside it. I have complained with Amazon Customer Care but they totally denied to give any replacement or refund. I submitted my complaint to INGRAM also but they said they can't do anything because I don't have any proof against them. Please help what should I do.

Do you have any Receipt of the Bill or video or photo of the Order placed?I would rather advice you to come and talk about it in person.A case can be filed in a consumer court and necessary actions can further follow.

Q: Date on court challan is not mentioned

I had issued and court challan but the date of hearing is not mention on the challan.i dont know how to get back my impounded license

Do you have a summon issued by the concerned court?if yes then date of hearing will be mentioned in that.If no then enquire from the concerned court of challan.they will provide you with the date of hearing.show them the summon or challan.
