Q: How to cancel my membership with a vacation club

I have purchase country vacations memebership value of 30000 and on the very next day of purchase i opted cancellation of the member ship.As per the agreement there is chance of cancelling the membership within 10days of cooling period and within 120days from the day of triggering the cancellation i will get the refund.i didn't get refund yet As 120days have been completed by today.I have brought membership on 13/02/2018 and cancelled it on 14/02/2018 and by 14/06/2018 120 days will be completed.I want to send a legal notice to the company .What is the process

as you cancelled as per the agreement if they are not paying you the amount send a notice or you can file case against them in consumer forumfrom which place you are .. in that agreement jurisdiction will ask I mentioned so file accordingly



Q: Wife file case as cheque issued as a permanent alimony bounce

Falsy 498a, maintenance case, domestic violence cases filled , after words withdrawn all cases due her false...one divorce document prepared and signed both parties, my self gave a cheque of RS 4.5 lakhs as a permanent almony.. now court alowed divorce...she was married, I am not in position to pay that huge amount... now my doubt is ...she can file a cheque bounce case on me... please inform your valuable suggestions on this matter... awaiting.. sir.

cheque is an instrument you are liable if it's bounces you also said false 498A and DVC that you have to challenge in the appropriate courts If they present cheque and it's bounced , you are punishable under 138 NI Act

A legal notice was sent to me by my uncle. In that notice he abused one of my friends , can my friend file a defamation suit against my uncle based on that legal notice?

Q: A friend borrowed 5 lacs gave a cheque of 50000 which got bounced

Hello sir One of my friend took 5lakhs rupees in month of August 2017 as hand loan .he neglected paying back till december there is no response.in jan he has given a and submitted one cheque for 50000 partial payment .when we go to the bank it was dishnoured Please let us know how we need to proceed legally. And it was really fed up for us to recover money Please say us the solution to punish him legally Regards

send him legal notice then file 138 NI act case and file another case IPC 420 and 406 against him138 cheque bounce case420 cheating 406 breach of trust If you file all the above he will automatically comes for settlement
