Q: Compromise deal between two opposing parties among four litigants
Religion Hindu.. mitakshar....My grandfather gifted d property to my aunt .property litigation against this gift is currently in high court after three among four including my father lost d case in lower court in 1997 which considered d entire property as self acquired. However, our families are living in registered properties of each other.Recently I got an offer from other party to take some of the properties on registry basis from my aunt and sell the ownership part of my father to her.My father died recently.whether this type of sale nd purchase with the litigant party shall enable my mother the clean owownership for further sale of few properties as per need?what would be its repercussions on overall judgement if it goes against or in favour.what would happen if my other uncles of our side protest such deal in court..plz suggest legally tenable steps as litigation is prolonging too much nd my mother does not want to pursue d legal course any more.

When the matter is prejudice before the Hon'ble high court no any registered transfer of land is legally valid.
