Q: Employer increased probation period as they get know about pregnancy
My wife is working in gurgaon since 26 jun 2018....she was on 3 month probation period....but as soon as management came to know about her pregnancy they extend her probation for 1 month.....and now they are behaving quiet rudely with her....I just wanted to know as she is 2 month 15 days pregnant today can that company sack her from her job???
