I need advice regarding someone I have been in a relationship with from last 10 years. She is being held in illegal confinement by her family. She is in a forced marriage and has fought for divorce for three years. Six months ago, she was stopped from moving to a hostel and has been in total isolation since. How can I legally trigger a safety check to ensure she can speak her truth privately? Also, how can I protect myself from retaliation or false claims since she is currently married?

what is your intention towards that woman. if you want to continue with her you can marry. or if you want escape definitely you need a good lawyer. otherwise there is a chance to file Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) criminalizes sexual intercourse induced by deceitful case by women.

There is less chance to file a case against the company because you have no certain evidence which can prove your problem made by the said alleged company. Here you asked them for service. first try to send a legal notice to the company then you can proceed to next level based on their answer for your notice.

Q: Husband sold his property in Maintenance case in MP arguments stage

Divorce case filed by Husband, MC case filed by wife.Wife listed property details of husband and relevant documents while filing MC case.The same property has been sold by the Husband 3 weeks back and now he is claiming he is poor and he cant give anything. Land value 30 Lakh to 60 Lakhs appx.1. What are the immediate and possible steps wife needs to take now to reduce the damage?2. Presently the cases are going on in district court, where the next steps to be taken HC?

The wife cannot go to the High court directly she can file FCOS in the family court where she filed divorce and can ask for an injunction order immediately. Or she can file a separate case at civil court. Another way she can get an immediate injunction order from MC case.

there is a chance to file divorce case by your husband before that you can file RCR restitution of congugal rights case for asking your husband to lead the family life. and first you consult a good advocate who can understand your problem correctly.

If the accused wants settlement and want to return the money in cyberfraud case .what should be the safe mode of payment of acceptance

For safest repayment in a cyber fraud case, ensure it's court-approved (like through a Lok Adalat or compromise petition after FIR) and use traceable methods like bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) or digital wallets (with clear narration) to get an official record, only after police/court involvement, to avoid it looking like a bribe and ensure proper closure, ideally via a settlement affidavit filed with authorities.
