Hi I am supplier to department of employment and training In Punjab Tamilnadu Orissa Karnataka and to Orissa state industrial development corporation These people have delayed payment and it cut late delivery charges Is it possible to claim payments with interest and or refund of late delivery charges Regards

You can file a civil suit for recovery of your money with all the proof.you have to file before the jurisdictional civil court,but depends upon the Quantum of amount the case has to be filed before appropriate Court



Q: Money given to a friend for another friend now not returning it back

One of my friend  is asked money in interest for his friend So I transfer the amount via internet banking for  account before 1year but he didn't return the money so why should I do?????

First lodge a police complaint with proof for recovery of your money.You can also issue a legal notice through a lawyer and file civil suit for recovery of money with interest,in a civil court wherein you can seek for attachment of properties also.



Q: Someone took original papers of the property without permission

Actually my original land document is taken by some person without my permission..can they able to sell particular land document??

You have to lodge a police complaint and get a not traceable certificate from them followed by a public notice in a newspaper publication through a lawyer. you have to get a notary public affidavit also.



Q: Appeal won in High Court, what is the next step to take ?

I am Hindu. My appeal has won in Madurai bench of Madras high court. Certified copy of judgment applied copy is awaited. Kindly guide me next steps in Lowe r court to get partition and possessions. Oh is moving to file SLP in Supreme Court how to manage? Please guide me.

You have to apply for passing a final decree in your case for appointment of advocate commissioner to divide the property by metes and bounds in the same court, which passed the preliminary decree. you have to file a caveat petition before the supreme court, before they prefer appeal in the supreme court



Q: Can a person put his thumb impression instead of sign in POA

Dear Sir, Since I am an NRI,I have give power to my father who got paralyzed and under treatment . He is recovering well but could not sign. Is his thumb impression acceptable instead of signature? Now I would like to buy a property . Plz advise Regards

Yes.if a person, unable to sign he can put his thump impression instead of his signature. But for abundunt caution it's always better to inform this to the registration authorities to avoid last minute delay
