My mother and dad got a divorce around 9 Years ago, since then ive been living with my step dad, mother, a brother and a sister. Since mother and fathers divorce my step dad and mother have raised me and my other 2 siblings. My real dad has always now and then sent some money. Like for my tutions and rarely to buy clothes or sm stuff. My step dad and mother majorly have raised me, and my step dad is an OBC-NCL so will I get his perks too?I saw online if ive been raised majorly by him i can.

Aapka OBC status aapke biological father se decide hota hai, sirf stepfather ke OBC hone se aapko benefit nahi milega. Agar aapko legally adopt kiya gaya hota aur documents me stepfather ka naam father ke roop me hota, tab hi possibility banti. Sirf unhone raise kiya hai is basis par OBC-NCL claim nahi kiya ja sakta.

Hi, I am Practising Lawyer in GST Regime in Meerut. One of my clients has issued 73 and 74 order while ITC also deducted against the same after irrelevant multiple charges framed by GST Department. Appeal also rejected. GSTAT not filed. What to do now? Time also barred. Its all reason previous consultant didn't followed up. And after me all old and new cases are arising.

Sir,I have applied loan from loan ripple app from play story after all filling details it disbursed me a loan of 617rs after applying of 1000rs and asking to repay 1006rs in 7 days . Sir how can I repay this amount and now some people said me that they will call u and blackmail u and will harrasment u and the numbers in ur contact list will send the fake nude pic of urs by editing with AI tool... Sir how can I get rid of this issue im verry critical situation how will I handle all this

I think loan ripple Ek fraud company ho sakti hai, Jab checking ke purpose se play store open Kiya tab mujhe bahut Sare negative comments mile. Jo UN Sabhi Logon Ne Diye Dale Hain jinhone Kabhi Na Kabhi isko use Kiya hoga. in comment se lagta hai overall loan ribbon Logon ke sath froad kar rahi hai cheating kar rahi hai aap ismein inke khilaf complaint kara sakte hain . aap cyber crime portal per bhi complain kar sakte hain , consumer forum mein bhi Shikayat kar sakte hain , RBI ki ek online Shikayat Seva bhabhi complaint ho sakti hai , aur jarurat Padi to civil suit ka bhi Sahara liya Ja sakta hai
