Q: Legal action against my Father who lefted me last 25 years before

Hi, My name is Swati and I'm 25 years old I'm. Basically from Andhra Pradesh but born and brought up in Delhi, I stay with my mother I'm a single mother child ,I never seen my father and he never came to see me. now it's been long and I really wanted to take a legal action against him for my rights. Can you please suggest how can I go through this process.

if you know where is your father right now then you can proceed for the legal help definitely you can fight for your rights which was pending since so many years you can fight for maintenance case and domestic violence case if you have any ancestral property then you can ask your share into it.

Q: Please suggest whether my case has some merit to claim damages

1. In Mar & Apr 2019, made 2 hotel bookings for my parents (senior citizens) stay in Dubai through Booking.com from 12-13 Oct & 13-16 Oct 2019.2. Hotel required full pre payment at the time of booking with option of free cancellation upto 10 Oct 2019.3. Amount of ₹35,907 charged on my CITIBANK Credit Card in Mar & Apr 2019 (6 months ago).4. 2 weeks before check in date, booking was automatically cancelled by the hotel & no refund was issued.5. Contacting customer care is a big pain for me. I am a serving defence officer posted in a border area. To speak to customer care, I have to specially come into network area and wait for around 30-60 mins to connect with them.6. When asked them for a refund, they told me that it is the company’s policy to ask the Customer to first dispute the transaction with the bank. In case the bank cannot give a refund, only then they will process it.7. Submitted all documents many times for their action but did not get any solution.
