Q: Regarding anticipatory bail in IPC 302 in high court..

In the FIR 17 person is nominated in murder case where two person got dead. so my question is I have filed anticipatory bail in high court and the main accused got regular bail which was nominated at no.1 among the 17 person. And the police declared me abscond and issue warrant whereas I continuously involved in legal remedies. What is the probability of getting anticipatory bail? And what should I draft in the bail petition... please answer me in detail..

firstly you file an anticipatory bail under section 438 of code of criminal procedure before the Hon'ble High Court but how many chances of granted your bail I am unable to say without seen your first information report.

Firstly accused file the Anticipatory bail under section 438 of code of criminal procedure before the district and session judge. And when bail is granted then he may go to file a quashing before Honable High Court under section 484 of code of criminal procedure.
