Q: Procedure for correction of spouse name in ppo

I am an Ex service man. At the time of my marriage in church my wife's name was given as per baptism records, and the same was recorded in my Personal service records. After my retirement the family endorsement in the pension papers was made based on Service records. Now, as per SSLC book my wife's name is different on which she has PAN, AADHAR card and bank account. Now the issue is how to make name correction in ppo so that my wife gets family pension after my time? Because bank account is as per PAN/ AADHAR name.

Give a gazette notification for the change in the name by filing an affidavit signed by a notary that both names are the same narrating the details that your wife hitherto had the name before baptism and after baptism and she will be called hereinafter in the name as per the records in the PAN and Aadhar.

Q: What is format for divorce appeal in high court

I lost my divorce case and my husband won Restitution case both ran in same kallakurichi family court. I am no longer interested in this marriage but my husband is not agreeing for mutual divorce because he wants to remain lazy and depend on my salary for his alcoholic habits. So please guide me what to do now, shall i go for appeal in the high court or file a new divorce case again in any other family court.

you can file an appeal before the High Court. Have you let in evidence to prove that your husband is an alcoholic and he is depending on your income in the family court. Have you got children and if so their age. you can agitate that continuing your relationship will harm the future of your children. if no issues your health and you will be affected both physically and mentally affecting your carrier and on such and on other grounds, you can file an appeal before the High Court. if all these things had been already stated in your application for divorce in the lower court and evidence let in support of your claim you have got a better case in appeal.

Q: What to do if wife left home and not coming back ?

My wife is not living with me, she is returned her home. i scolded my wife father, that only she is not come with me. I went women's police station, gave a petition. They called my wife family and talk to them. They are not convenience. They asking me to divorce. My wife is not talking to me. I want to live with my wife. Am not ready to lose my wife for anyone. What i need to do, please give your ideas....what to do legally when your wife leaves you ?

you can file a petition before the family court for Restitution of Conjugal Rights requesting your wife live with you. Have you got children. Apart from filing petition counseling will help you for your reunion with your wife. proper and correct advice can be given only after personal meeting.

Q: Want to take action against neighbor on nuisance created by them

We have own house. attached to our stairs is our neighbor's house. that person used to take bath in open space without any single bit of cloth in front of his house inside compound wall. we are unable to go to terrace/our stairs. when we inquired why are you bathing nude he said " it is my house i can take bath however i wish. you don't have any rights" like that and uttered distressful comments against my father. his wife is also supporting him. i and my mother being women suffer due to this disgraceful act. anything possible to take action against him?

You can make a complaint to the police station of the jurisdiction narrating the nuisance created by your neighbor since it is an offence under section 268 of the Indian Penal Code with other neighbors who also suffered from the nuisance caused by your neighbor in support of your complaint since they stood as witnesses or as co-complainants

Q: How to get new documents if original documents of property are missing

Hi, we lost origin home document, we paying home tax,Water tax & EB bills almost 25 years finished all its in my mother name.The home property comes from my grandfather to his daughter she is my mother. initially proper document available recently I searched its missing. how to get a document? what is the procedure for making a document?

give a police complaint to the nearest police station as if the documents were missing during travel or say some valid reason and get the complaint registered. then give paper advertisement about the missing paper through an advocate. thereafter get a copy of the document from the concerned sub-registrar office and thereafter take action for change of name in the documents relating to house tax, EB Bill, etc., for changing the name you have to get legal heir certificate showing that you are the legal heir of your grandmother who owns the property.
