Q: Abatement of Suicide in case husband committed suicide

My Ex-husband killed himself 1 1/2 years ago by hanging. He has no parents only siblings. He lost his job and was searching for the same for months which made him depressed and he killed himself. He worked abroad before so we mostly lived seperate.. me in india and himself abroad. After returning too i was studying so we were seperate. It was him who insisted(actually forced) me to study,Suddenly he killed himself, day before his death i visited him and we had small fight. nothing serious. FIR report said it was his own act no one was reason. He did this in his native. My ex in laws are rude people, so i am often worried they might file some case against me and sabotage my life. Kindly clarify me. Only now i have decided to move on with life and get remarried. I am 29yrs old. But this doubt prevents me.

kindly send the FIR copy.. if the FIR states that if you have instigated or provoked your ex-husband.. then there is a case.. or they will just enquire and close it. whether in -laws have given complaint against you?

Q: Husband wants to file for contested divorce without wife's consent.

I'm hindu religion.married 2 and half yrs before.last 3months I'm in my mother house. My husband is very violent and he is not respecting my feelings. But I still want him in my life because I loved him .We are living as a joint family so I asked him to come and get a separate house for us but he s not willing to come with me . What I have to do to make him stay with me?

if you want to live with him, you need to file restitution of conjugal rights in the consent jurisdiction court. this will help you to join with your husband by resolving the problems through court. do you have a child?
