I am from Coimbatore, and I got enrolled in a professional medical UG-course. But I am intending to discontinue and join a engineering course. I am sure that I will be granted allotment in TNEA counciling. But in am worried about the penalty to be paid to the present institute incase of discontinution as it had been over 6 months studying in this course. They already got my signature in Bonds, that if I discontinue the entire fee to be paid in full, and I had no idea over it. What to do.
