How to Check If an FIR Is Filed Against Me in India?

• If an FIR is registered, it will have a case number and an investigation officer assigned.
• If no FIR number exists, then no formal case has been registered against you.
• You can also check FIR details on the e-Courts website or State Police FIR portal.

Intention basically is what was the state of mind of a person when he is committing a crime. And the Motive is motivation for example what derives a person for committing the crime. The raeson for committing an offence.

I filed for a petition in high court based on which I received virtual visitation. High court didn't want to go in the facts so they gave me 10 weeks to file the matter in family court. Wife tutored my daughter that i sexually abused her when she was 2-3 years old.She is now 5.5 years. My wife had custody & also filed a petition under Hindu guardian & minority act sec 6 & 13, & under section 3,7 and 10 of wards & guardian act 1860, wards and guardian act r/w section 7 of family court act & sec 151 civil pro code.I was working on preparing my written statement during the 10 weeks but my daughter's b'day was in a few days so I made an interim app to seek virtual access on her b'day. Judge denied & passed an adverse order without looking at my documents which would clearly show him that wife is manipulating the child. The order says the respondent is at liberty to move an appropriate app after a period of 6 months, if at all the conditions improved or there is change in circumstance

No problem you will get the custody of your child and will get the permission to visit her on her bday but i need the adverse order passed against you.You have the remedies to get custody of your chold

Change your lawyer. Plus you can report him go bar. But first of all change your lawyer.Contact your lawyer again if he is still not taking steps then you can complaint against him at a police station also

Yes it can but the grounds should be reasonable.Your reason for praying so should be reasonable plus the period of pendency should be such due to which you have to face serious consequences.There is no specific time period for settlement of a civil suit but yes you can try to expediate it by filling application.
