Q: Is a remote vote a proxy vote in Co-Op Society election

Our co-op housing society has bylaw that prohibits proxy vote. It demands voting in person. If I am not able to be physically present to vote is a remote vote via Zoom legally valid because I not appoint any proxy to make my vote. Can the committee approve remote vote or would it entertain a court challenge and reversal?

you can apply with appropriate format for same also approch to committee firstly other wise ,you con proceed in court against them, it you don't not know about court proceedings ,can approach a legel consultant or legal advocate etc.

women has taken divorce from her Husband and there is same things Husband has taken divorce from his wife not from his children after divorce husband and wife break their relationship to each other not from their child then child hve related to their parents then in the place of father name will mentioned the name of real father and same as mother

I have filed the child custody petition for the female child, age 8 years, in Rohini Court of Neeraj Gaur as party in person. I know it isn't easy to get the custody of the female child. I need an advocate to get sufficient visitation rights, my budget is 1000rs per hearing

first of all court has not allowed the custody of girl child to father ,court could alwoed the custody of child with the consent/examine and depends on the facts and conditions of child , if the wife get remarried then Husband easily took custody

my father is physically ill and on bed since last 2 yrs. many relatives comes to see him, and many of them are expert in fraud docs, one is forcing us to sell 6 acre farm via him blah blah and giving us dhamkis etc. also i hv doubt that any other relatives can take my fathers thumb and create false doc etc. so how can i secure my fathers properties in his life so that no one can sell his property other then him , and after him no other then his childrens. also two of my sisters, 1 brother and mom also interested to sell via that person without tellin my other brothers and sisters.

if you have came to know that documents are fraud false then you can chalenge and stay of said property , against the treating of yours relative, you can file a separate complaint case against him if yours Father is in yours favour then yours Father can challenge said documents even yours Father can give SPA in yours favour for court proceedings and any legal excercise on behalf of yours Father

Can Buyer file a complaint against the builder where builder have registered office instead of where project is.I want to file a complaint case against builder, his project is in Gurugram but registered office is in New Delhi.I am also a resident of New Delhi and all the communications/demand letters sent by builder is always from registered office i,e. in New Delhi.
