Q: What action can be taken against transportation deptt

Hi sir, I had booked my car for transfer from X to Y which was supposed to reach in a week . Now it has been 4 weeks and there is no sign of my car moreover, the owner of the transport is ignoring my calls and doesnot respond to my any message. What can i do in this case as i. Really pissed off with my car not being delivered and fear something else might have happened. I am feeling helpless sir, what can i do now? I am in Y now.

Q: Applicability of court fee in case of suit for Declaration

Sir i want to know that in a suit for simple declaration a court fee is applicable or not ? Property is gifted from father to younger son all the other brother and sister give the affidavit in favour of plaintiff .... Thanks for your kind considreration

IN A SIMPLE DECLARATION SUIT COURT FEE IS APPLICABLE. IT IS IMPORTANT WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY COURT FEE OR AT THE TIME OF FILLING CASE WITH AN APPLICATION TO PAY COURT FEE BEFORE THE CASE IS ABOUT TO DECIDE/FINAL.

FIRST OF ALL YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE CHILD CUSTODY CASE IN INDIA, IF YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE AWAY CHILD TO ANOTER COUNTRY( NEPAL), YOU WILL HAVE TO WINE THE CHILD CUSTODY CASE, AFTER THAT WITH THE PERMISSION OF COURT YOU (MOTHER) CAN TAKE AWAY CHILD TO ANOTHER COUNTRY(NEPAL).

Q: Can POA holder attend the 1st hearing to sign Vakalatnama for divorce

I am a NRI living in US who wants to divorce my wife through mutual consent.I cannot travel to India for next few months because of prior commitments but my lawyer says I must be present for the first hearing to sign the Vakalatnama, only then he can represent me in the court. Can I sign and send an Indian consulate attested power of attorney in the name of my father so that the divorce petition could be initialized. After the 6 month cooling period when the second motion would be observed, I can travel to get things finalized. Is that possible?
