Q: DDA mutation related document verification issue

dear sir , I have applied for e mutation on the DDA site , providing all required documents.Now my late grand mother name in document is Angoori devi , but in the CD papers its Anguri devi , I have provided one affidavit from my grand father that both person are the same with recent ID proof for both my grand father and late grandmother.but I getting the question from DDA now to provide the old document on the name of Anguri devi , but we don't have any , please help thanks in advance

Hello Ma'am, we will surely try to help you..if you already provided the affidavit for the same then there is no need to do any further effort.. ask the authorities to give you some alternatives..then also they are not ready to solve the matter, there are several alternatives we can follow.

Q: Mental Harassement leading to Homocide

The Culprit has mentally tortured women leading to victims hospitalization and victim is bed ridden. Culprit has blocked our numbers us since past 3 months. We have phone bills as evidence. Please save the victim. We can provide family details of the culprit for necessary actions. The culprit has blocked all our numbers. The victim is struggling for life. The culprit has not provided any rationale for this behavior.

Q: Travel Agent didnt give refund

I booked Maldives tour via a travel agent of Delhi for my friend for Rs 103000, but due to sudden death of my friend I have to cancel this trip and intimated to travel agent about this one month before trip start date on 12th January 2022. But since then travel agent is not responding to mails neither she is answering the call. I have lost Rs 103000 due to this, Also they have not stated any death policy to me at the time of booking or after the booking. So I want legal help to get my hard earned money back.

Q: Road rage incident where accused has caused damage to car

I have recorded incidence with phone. Police have already seized my car along with the accused car. Now they are asking to seize my phone. Can i refuse to give my phone ?

Yes Sir,However, it has to be done on urgent basis and seek intervention of the court as well. We will have to immediately move before the HIGH Court and seek the protection of your evidence. If your phone is with you you can certainly take full backup.

Q: termination without giving proper reason

I have received an email from my company which states non confirmation of employment as subject line on the last day of my probation period.They have not mentioned any reason except a clause which was there on the agreement that they can terminate the employment with whatsoever reason.the problem is before doing that they asked me whether i can commute by my own if i own a car and if they provide the pass to commute from delhi to gurugram.unfortunately i am not priviliged to own a car and i polietly refused the request. i get to know that my coworkers who joined with me still have their job as they can commute by their own.i emailed HR for a reason.Instead of relplying on the email he called me and informed me that it was managements call to make that decision.fare enough but he is still not giving me a valid reason that on what ground they took this decision that too in a phase of global crisis. and he refused to answer via email.i would request you to help

Hello, I will have to see the contract or employment offer letter that you were given before joining this company. kindly share with me details of your job and the terms and condition. Currently, the situation has to be assessed on case to case basis and whether you will be entitled to monetary compensation or any other offer will have to judged only on the basis of the terms of engagement. If you fall in a certain category of worker then you shall be eligible to get some compensation but for that please share all the relevant information with me at the earliest.
