My father was expired last year and after his death, I got a will , in my portion of property I have a shop which is mention in my side but it is under the control of my chacha from last 30 years , so tell me how can I take my this shop again what is the procedure Will mai mention hai ki wo meri shop hai but kabje mai chacha ke hai, uska tax abhi tak mere father pay karte they ,but unhoney stamp paper par sign kiye they 30 years pehle , lekin registry nhi karke di father ne chacha ko, ab malikana huq humara hai ya nhi

Sar you will have to file a suit for possession on the basis of your will this suit will be filed before the Civil Court in which your uncle that is chacha will be made the defendant and you will have to file the copy of will. also it is important to seek stay on property so that your uncle doesn't transfer the property

sir you should file a civil suit and obtain stay against the bank officials from visiting your premises. the court can grant the same on basis of documents. you have to approach the local civil court where your property is located i.e., where your house is

Q: Illegal possesion of rented property

My property was given on rent , agreement had expired but it is under illegal possession by tenant from last 4 yearsArbitration has given an award in my favor but again tenant is not complying to it.What to do next?Please guide

sir please file execution in civil court where your tenanted premises is located. the court will appoint bailiff and order SHO OF concerned police station to assist the bailiff in getting you the physical possession of property. Hence you will be able to enjoy the fruits of your decree

Q: Customer service lost my laptop

Hello,My laptop had some problem with motherboard. I gave it to customer service and agreed to pay for the services as the laptop was not in warranty. After 6 months of keeping my laptop they told me that they don't have part which is to be fixed. After a year when i asked for my laptop they told me they have lost the device. And now they ar willing to give some compensation of 7k.The laptop also had my personal data.Should I take it or initiate legal procedure? Which one would be best? If I initiate the legal procedure will it be of worth?

sir you can get the cost of laptop with interest and compensation through consumer forum provided you have bill of everything. you should file case in consumer forum to make sure you get justice and your entire cost of laptop is covered

Q: What to do if chain documents are not provided by Builder

Hi,I fixed a deal with builder. He took 51000 as token money with receipt. and rest 150000 he said give me by cheque on next week. he only shared his sale deed of property. But didn't shared chain document. He is saying when u will come for 150000 payment then see chain document and take copy of chain document after 1,50,000 bayana. what should i do?

sir make the payment only after seeing the entire chain. although you should have gone for legal search report before entering into deal, but the same can be done even now. it's better to ensure that property is free from all sort of loan, third party charge etc. if he refuses to give you copy of chain do not make the balance payment. and you can file a case against him for recovery of 51,000
