Q: Tenant is not moving away from my house and not paying rent

Hi sir, I have bought a 70 sq yard G+1 house in Hyderabad and registered just before lock down ,the tenant who went on agreement with the previous owner is not moving .The tenant is the relative of an advocate who is now claiming that the house belongs to her (the advocate) and she will not leave it.I have booked an FIR against her ,but as the court is closed its not working .So, please help me regarding this matter.

Q: Writ Petition or Partition Suit

We are two sons to my father. After the demise of my father, his full ancestors property is transferred to my brother. I sent a representation to revenue officers to include my name in the mutation records but no response from them. In this situation is it good to approach high court with a writ petition to direct revenue officers to mutate my name or go for a partition suit in district court? Please advise.

Go for partition mere revenue entries do not confer any right title or interest go for an comprehensive suit for partition and divide the property automatically revenue authorities will change record as per decree

kindly explain how apply a man missing person dearth certificate after his missing 7 yeras which proofs are required and on which section this case will be taken .

You need to file suit to declare dead and not to be seen from the past years u need to aporoach a civil court for same and file for declaration before a civil court and go ahead and proof shall be non operating of bank accounts non voting in elections etc

Q: 20 rupees bond paper for agreement of sale

I have purchased a plot in hyderabad. can we use 20 rupees bond paper for agreement of sale? I am paying 9,00,000 rupees at the time of agreement. is 20 rs bond paper valid for agreement of sale?

No minimum rs 100 is required for entering into an agreement of sale for a safe side but still u can pay deficit stamp duty with penalty so better to use a hundred rupee for safe n secure transaction and see that bond is in name of person who enters into contract

Q: Getting Married at Arya Samaj without parent consent

So the basic issue is that my lover and me are planning to get married at an Arya Samaj in Hyderabad without her dad's consent soon. Post that, we would be moving back to my home town. I wanted a brief idea on what her dad could do and what could happen if he files a police case but my lover supports me. Would I still be taken into custody and released later or would we be able to explain it to the police and be let go? We're both above 25 years if that helps. Also, is the arya samaj certificate valid in these cases?
