Q: Grandfather cancelled gift deed without reason. What can we do now?
My maternal grandfather has donated his house to my mother 11 years back. Now he has cancelled the gift deed without any reason and is trying to file case of criminal trespass. What can we do now?

once gift is made by donor and accepted by donee the gift is complete .The deed has to be duly stamped and registered.The title to the property passes on the donee . The donor cannot unilaterally cancel the gift deed unilaterally and it has to be done only with the consent of donee.
Q: mental harassment as i am forced to do lot of physical work by inlaws
i am a women in my mid 40s i got married at the age of 22.i have been forced to do lot of physical work which was beyond my limits and has been mentally harassed . now i am a patient (never ben on any medication)of depression and anxiety.Now i am not able to do lot of work because of my mental state.father in law wants me to leave the house.my self-esteem is low.my parents also been insulted and not allowed in my inlaws house.I HAVE GIVEN THE PRECIOUS YEARS OF MY LIFE TO THAT HOUSE.Do i have any right to stay in that house with pmy pride.my husband never say anything. he is a silent spectator

You will have to fight legal battles while staying in the house for your pride.it is for you to decide whether you are prepared for it or not.you can file case under Domestic Violence Act against your in laws for the cruelties caused to you and ask for right of residence too.
Q: Are we entitled to maintenance if we file for divorce?
Sister's husband does not want to divorce her. But sister want divorce him. Will we be entitled to maintenance from him? We have no proof of gifts given and car given. How can we claim it back? Is there any court fees involved if we file for divorce?

Q: Staying in property for 3 generation around 90 yrs. Can they evict us
Our landlord is a lady. We have been staying on rent for 2-3 generations now. Now they are selling the property to someone developer. Now when we went to give rent they denied taking it. Can they evict us forcefully? We don't have any agreement with that respect. We have been staying in the same property for almost 90-100 years now.
