My mother was diagnosed with myopathy by a doctor at AIIMS Gorakhpur. However, genetic reports failed to identify the exact cause, stating "No significant CNVs for the given clinical indications that warrants to be reported was detected." Additionally, her CREATINE KINASE, SERUM, and CK MB reports were normal, which raises serious doubts about the accuracy of the diagnosis.Note:-My mother passed away on 6 Jan 2026.

you may file a complaint against the said hospital authority and also initiate legal action against them if you are sure about her medical conditions. it is a case of medical negligence. meet with your local counsel with all relevant documents.

Q: Child outside Wedlock/ Removal of mothers name

For a child born outside marriage/wedlock .... if father is upbringing the child as a single parent Can Mother's name be removed from Birth certificate and child have passport with only fathers name

The mother's name cannot be removed from the birth certificate but due to new guidelines of the passport authority a single parent can apply for the passport and if the parents have not been separated then the name of both the parents should be displayed on the passport.
