just want to know is Arya samaj mandir marriage is valid? there is one marriage happened at Delhi Arya samaj on 26th November ... how can I get the registration number? do we need to fill the divorce for this? or how can we end up this marriage ?

Q: How to proceed with divorce with an uncooperative wife

My wife filed a complaint in women cell as we were not living together for about two years. I attended several counselling sessions and clearly stated there that I am not ready to call her back. Then I filed a divorce case. Even after filing the case in court, women cell were calling me again and again and in order to save my job, me and she decided that she will withdraw the case from women cell and in turn I have to withdraw the case in court. But I wrote in a letter at women cell that I will withdraw the case under favourable circumstances. I then informed wife that she and her family members need to contact my family for creating favourable circumstances. But till today, there has been no call from her family members. What should I do now to strong my case as I need the divorce as there are no favourable circumstances being created from their side.
