Yes you can stay seperately without filing for divorce but ur husband can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights but even if your husband wins court cant compell u to stay with ur husband against ur wishes

my husband is 29 and i am 20 and we are muslims. we both have very different mentality and he also regularly rapes we and forces me for unnatural sex which is a haram in muslims. my family does not support my decision of separating with him. he is very rich. how can i get divorce from him?

To compell some one for unnatural sex is a criminal offence u can lodge fir agaiinst him and further in Muslim pursenal law u can get divorce on this ground if ur husband is rich u are entitled for maintenance as per his status

advise to get child custody without divorcing my wife, my in laws have taken away my wife and have not contacted me or my family since then, they took away the child and my daughter through police station, I am ok with visitation rights as well , I love my wife a lot, I don't want to hurt her, all I want is to take care of my child's future and be able to see meet touch and play with her and to bring her to my house under child custody
