Wife very abusive towards husband and his parents since start. Always uses legal tactics to trouble husband and parents. Even called police and reports false allegations. Threatens to go to media and newpaper to defame them. Even hurts her son. Parents can't take it anymore so they try to sell the home. They want to buy 2 house and give one to us and stay in another themselves to live in peace. On this wife threaten to commit suicide and defame through media. we Tried to collect electronic evidence of her but fail every time. She is aware of these things and always remain vigilant. Wife also does illegal activities like running unlicensed business in parents property. On opposing says it's your property and you will get caught. Taking wife for councelling Or stuff like this is out of question. As wife is aggressive and shouts on the balcony and created scene. How to get out of this situation. please help.

in the above facts and circumstances i would suggest you to file a complaint in the nearest police station in detail. it is good if you have evidence against her, try to collect , it would help you. you have to make a decision whether you want to stay with her or not so that u can legally proceed in right direction.

Q: Wife serving notice period but filed dv case before

Wife lodged complain in caw in december 2021.Fir is lodged in 498,406,34 on 30 March ,she filed dv case and interim application on march she has been working but now denying ,she is serving notice period she may leave by may .she stated on affidavit of 23 application she is not able to meet daily requirements it's private company .can I take matter under perjury ifnI got evidence that she was working Evan after filing cases and willfully resigned

if in case she has mentioned in the pleadings that she is not working and you have sufficient evidence against her with all evidence move an application in the same court. in case of willful resignation, any one can resign out of their own wish and reason and it is not effective point

Q: Not able to repay my loan during lockdown

I am not able to pay loan EMI during lockdown. What are my options?

please write any email to the bank stating your genuine reasons. Ask them the grant Liberty to you to repay loan within extended time frame. please mention the sufficient cause so that they might condone the delay.
