Q: Husband is missing and his family not giving any information.

It was a love marriage with my husband in July 17 but my mother in law was quit unhappy by this.1 moth even not passed she started to abuse and also harassed mentally by saying many thing .she use to say that our family not given them a single rupee it means there was a concern of money also.A/c to my husband he left the home and sifted to kutch,gujrat and got a job in suzlon india ltd by the help of his so called uncle.When he sifted there he use to call within 2-3 days but the duration of calling got increased.i last time got his call on 7 or 8th of march 2018...after that i didn't got the call till now.I called in Suzlon India for query i also called at his home Surat to talk to his younger brother but they denied that they don't have any information related to him. A/c to my husband they legally separated him out of family and sifted to ahmadabad.Even i don,t have any contact in Surat that i can made myself sure about the address.please help on the same.Hindu religion....

Your problem is very serious problem..you should to approach mahila ayog and concern police station..(mahila police station)..if it won't worked out then file application before high court...further more query kindly call..

Q: What to do if my family is forcing me to get married

Dear Sir, M 32 yr old girl, staying in Gujarat. M a working girl & i have my some ambitions but my parents & brother are forcing me to marriage. Even they already decided my marriage to someone. If i refuse to marriage they forcing me to stop my job, thay shouting me, hitting me, they told they will come at my work place & creat a seen over their. They make me financially week, So after that i have no option except marriage. What should I do?? Pls suggest.

Hlw ma'm..you can take legal action against them but you should not..u should to meet that guy with whom ur marriage has been fixed..clearly tell him that u want to continue ur recent job after marriage..for further query kindly call...

Q: Fraud in property transfer by siblings

my father has three brother and my father is oldest. we were living in joint family till 1998, in the house that we( my father, mother & sister) are living now is owned by my grandmother. During the period we were living in joint family our family build new banglow of two floor and it was on the name of my father till 2013 . in 1998 joint family seperated and my two uncle decided to leave in new banglow. my grandparents also living with youngest uncle in new banglow. In 2013 my two uncle decide to sell the house but that was owned by my father. that time my father agrees to transfer banglow to my uncle's name in one condition if my grandmother transfer the house to my father's name that we are living now.after that my grandmother told to my father that no need to transfer due to cost then she made regesterd will on my father's name and my father transfer that banglow to yongest uncle that sold in 2013.now my grandmother cancle that will and told us to leave the house." what to do now?

If u have any written document regarding that condition which has been imposed by your father when he transfer his owned bungalow to ur uncle's name then it will be easy...but if u don't have any written document still there are other remedies in law..kindly call

Q: How to reflect your name on Property Card of a leased property

I have property on lease on 99 year. I want to show my name in 7/12 or property card.
