There is some guys which capture a kind of nude type picture without my permission and they call it joke. So can i do any action against them ?

one thing is quite clear that the picture your are telling is very serious and need to be complained soon with strict hand.. you should not delay in complaining to all the various official with proper details im your complain.Having sorry or joke is either not acceptable in these kind of offence. consult some lawyer as soon as possible with all details



Q: How to get free legal aid in case of family dispute

Sir hamare Dada ji hamari bahut sari pushteni jmeen bech diye hai or ab hamre paas thodi se he jameen bachi hai wo use b bechna chahte hai jb mere papa ne unko bechne se rokna chaha to unhone FIR krwa k case drj krwa diya h k yeh log mujhe dekhte nhi hai or mujhe darate or dhmkiyan dete hai , polic aayi thi police ko hmne sari baat batayi unhone case aage court me bej duya hai SDM k paas , hm logo ki financial condition theek nhi hai ( Kyunki mere papa farmer ) kya hme sarkari bakeel mil sakta hai free of cost

yes, You can get the free legal aid facility from the court. You have to bring income certificate and go to the Legal aid cell in the court and fill the form. You donnot have to pay a single penny to any advocate..But if you had file a case means ypu are the complainant, then no meed to go for all this.. state government will stand woth you.



Q: Partition of property in the name of grandfather

we have one property which is registerd on my grand father name my grand father has 2 brother but in property document there no mention about that 2 brothers but that name is on city survey office if in future i will sell my property can i need sign of that 2 brothers..becoz in property document no mention about that 2 brothers ..so no need to 3 part of property amount am i right?

we have to see the agreement of sale as whose is the buyer of the property.Secondly, if the sale deed is on your Grand father name than you have to make it correct in the city survey office following the procedures.Thirdly its has to be seen that how the property has been brought and how the name has been entered of 2 brothersRegards



Q: Nagar nigam took possession of land and blamed of encroachment

Dear consultants, We bought a plot of 200 sq. yard from a person. All went normal. Then, I asked my father to buy another adjacent plot of 100 sq. yards. Now, this time this previous person became mediator and helped in getting us the adjacent plot. We paid with cheque (white money) and all appeared to went normal untill few years later when the Nagar nigam people took possession of this 100 sq yard plot and blamed us for encroachment. We have original documents which includes documents of previous owner to this seller too and the seller now says that he has no time to interfere and asks us to deal with this by ourself. He asks us to find out the plot as his job was done. What should we do now. What should be the plan of action, whom should we approach first and if this approach wont work then whom to approach next? Should we file FIR with police or go to some other related office (which office?). Thanks in advance. (All Hindus are involved)

No FIR can be registered as it is a civil nature case unless any fraud been met out by the seller to you.You have to consult a lawyer with all the papers that whether title clearence is been taken or not. And to check the ownership of the seller snd the transfers of ownership of all the sellers and buyers of the landRegards
