Pls explain documents executed by you if u have executed POA, you may cancel it and if have executed Will then you may cancel and it has no value until u r survive and if u have executed Sale Deed you may get it cancel by filing case of cancellation of sale deed

Partition roka tabhi ja Sakta hai jab ancestral property ki sari details Apke pass ho and all status of legal heirs of your husband and please provide all the details of property from first purchaser to end purchaser.

Q: Time limitation on transfer of property through will

In his Will made in 2005, my father gave out one of the floors in the house to me and two other floors to my siblings, but put a clause that the floors or the property can not be sold till year 2032. Most of us are NRIs and not sure if this limitation imposed can be revoked by court of law considering we are NRIs and would not want the property here unattended for another 14 years. Can my mom claim first right on all the immovable property even though her name is not mentioned in the will, my parents were married for 58 years.

Yes you can claim refund on account of delay in delivery of flat but this claim would Only be final within the jurisdiction of office or branch office of developer with in 2 year from the date of last date
