You cannot marry her now. Don't interfere in her life or else she can also under the pressure of her parents, in laws and husband can filed criminal case against you. Even divorce can't be taken within one year. Infact she should tell everything to her husband. But if all she wants to marry you, then she will have to take divorce after one year of marriage and then she can marry you.
