Manish Jain is the Founder & Managing Partner of JLJ “Law Offices”. Mr. Jain has extensively appeared and argued before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various other Hon’ble High Courts of India, Forums and Tribunals, inter-alia being Foreign Exchange Management Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Securities Exchange Board Of India, Securities Appellate Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal and before various Judicial & Quasi-Judicial Forums.

While practicing as an advocate he has also been a legal consultant to various Companies &Nationalised Banks and various other Government Authorities & Institutions.
