Hello i just wanted to know what is RCR and what is the advantages and disadvantages for a women how should i file and what will be the cost of it and within how many days can i get it. Can i combine dowry case ,domestic violence case ,and divorce case all in one and what are the procedures for it

your father in law cannot file harassment case against you. let it be clear. concerned with other issues it you who must decide whether you want to continue your life with him or not. because it is your personal. once you decided it will helpful for me to advice you. moreover without deciding what you are going to do why you are worrying about expenses of legal procedure.

Sir i 'm a mother of 2 kids, one is 3 years and another is 1 years. Me and my husband were seperated without divorce for past 1 1/2 years. Without aby reason he seperated me.. He and his family physically and mentally torchered me.. Till now he didnt give any money for our food and everything.. So plz tell me how much can i get alimony for me, my 2 childrens, my child education, our food and rent house.. My parents cant help me.. My husband is an goverent employee he is jail warder in palayamkottai central jail his gross pay is 29000 rupees. Plz tell me how much can i get as alimony from him..

first of all we must file the petition seeking maintenance from him in the respective court as per your place of living. the maintenance amount that we are going to claim does not have any limit. we can claim the amount you required for your and your children's daily need like food, cloth, rent, medical expenses, school fees, miscellaneous etc. the court will decide the amount at the end of the case on hearing both side. till the case gets over we can get interim maintenance which will also be decided by the court. it may be the amount we claim it may be lesser than the amount we claim

Due to misunderstanding between myself and husband i plan to seperate from him...wat is the procedure to get divorce

S we can file the divorce petition before the respective court as per your address seeking divorce. if your husband also accepts we can file mutual consent divorce or else we have to file divorce petition against him. we can also ask for the maintenance amount you required for your maintenance if needed

My friend was arrested under the marijuana drug case. But the drug weight is exceeded than normal weight. Is any way to get bail for his case or any other option to release from this case?

S he can be taken in bail if he is not detained as Goondas. if he was detained as Goondas then first we must break the Goondas and then we must take him in bail. anyway bail is the right of an accused so he can be taken in bail

yes we can get a bail for him if he is not detained as Goondas. if so then we must break that Goondas case first and then we must take him in bail. anyway bail is the right of an accused so he can be taken in bail
