Q: Safe Loan and property relinquishment for mutual divorce
Hi, we are in talks with opposite party for divorce with mutual consent but not confident about the conditions in MOU, specially regarding relinquishment of our share before second motion. How can we secure the relinquishment if other arty backs out which i have very strong feeling. I tried checking in registrar office if conditional deed can be done but they said, it can't be conditional. Please guide
