Q: What to do if my husband and in laws are not supporting me

i got married 3 years back, my husband has left his job , hes not even interested to work any more. every time he makes excuses that he will do business .hes not even doing anything to work on it. me and my husband both has problem due to which m unabe to concieve, but he is not getting proper treatement but m under the supervision of a doctor. there is too much pressure on me from his family and him to have kid that too a boy. he's under so much influence of his father that he doesnt listen anything to me and do as his father says .They use abusive langugae He has no social manners, can start figting anywhere with anyone , have no regards for elders.I feel so embaressed and ashamed of his behaviour. my all gold, my id proofs, passbook are under his posession. 3 months back i got concived after so much efforts, no body took care of me and fighted with me due to which i was under too much stress and miscarraged happened. now m back to my parents. they dint take any steps to take me

firstly how can u survive with a man who dont respect you. secondly its better to move out of such relationship. you got right to go ahead and take necessary action. you can file a maintenance, domestic violence and a divorce. but please get yourself prepared first to face the legal issues.

151. Arrest to prevent the commission of cognizable offences.(1) A police officer knowing of a design to commit any cognizable offence may arrest, without orders from a Magistrate and without a warrant, the person so designing, if it appears to such officer that the commission of the offence cannot be otherwise prevented.(2) No person arrested under sub- section (1) shall be detained in custody for a period exceeding twenty- four hours from the time of his arrest unless his further detention is required or authorised under any other provisions of this Code or of any other law for the time being in force.please feel free to contact if you want to ask anything about the same.

Q: Friend has rape charge on him what will be effect on his CBI job

My friend has charge rape by his gf and he is sub inspector in cbi.he live 75 days in judicial custody after that he get bail.can he loss his job i this procedure.

till the time the allegations are proved his job is safe. he will be only suspended till that period. if the allegations which are on him gets proved then he may lose his job. this is completely upon the lawyer how he tackles the case.

not to worry everything will be fine. if you are already discharged from the case then there is no problem for you. i can understand that this is a very crucial time but don't worry the verification will be fine. you can show the order to the police constable whomsoever visits you for verification if he ask.

Q: Received notice to appear in Court for filing an F.I.R.

I filed an f.i.r on October 2015 regarding robbery at my home. The case is still not resolved. Received an notice from a sub inspector to appear in court. I have no idea in what respect I m expected to be present and why as I m told there has been no arrest in the case yet.

You should visit the court and check as to what is happening in the case. it is necessary for you to know about the status of the case. may be the court wants to know about the things whether you have received it or not.
