How to cancel rape or felony case after investigation from prosecutor was done by the victim. Want to cancel due to fear that the suspect might do something bad to her & to avoid bad reputation for the issue. What are the conflicts.

Offence of rape is a non compoundable offence. For this purpose you have to high court under section 482 of crpc for the compounding of the offence. Criminal cases are different from that of civil cases. You can withdraw such cases at your liberty.



Q: Is an employer liable if the clients do not pay their dues

Hi, I was working in a Pvt Limited Company for more than a more, i have left the company with proper intimation and served my notice period. My director gave me a post dated cheque and updated me that i have to make sure all the pending payments from the client should come on time or else he will make the stop payment for my cheque. Just wanted to confirm why i am responsible for the payments when he is the one who has signed the agreements and everything, moreover he is dropping me mail on alternative days regarding the payments follow ups and everything. But still i am doing follow ups with the clients to get his payment done, but clients are giving excuses and all. I came to known that because of this he is planning to do the stop payment for my cheque too. Kindly suggest.

Payment and f your salary depends upon the terms and conditions of your employment contract. However, payment of your salary doesn't depends upon the payment by customers. Your employer is liable to pay you.



Q: Without my permission bank make guarantor for my account

How a bank make guranter without permission of any person.thats a fraud against me I am not take any garantee of person .a phone call comes on my phone number he will tell me that you are a guranter of person name who has your friend but the person tell me has no. Any friend.then he tell me that I will send you a legal notice to your home.

Sir, There is nothing to worry about the situation. Sometimes banks are careless when they prepare their data sheet. It will be advisable for to clarify all the situation when receive call from bank next time. Try to gather information about the branch and loan so that you can forward problem to the concerned branch.



Q: Remedy as time require to pay off loan taken from bank

Good Evening Sir  I have taken three big loans one is personal loan of Rs. 3,50,000 whose monthly emi is Rs.12133, I have pad 10 emi on time. second one is Used car loan of Rs.2,65,000 whose monthy emi is Rs.9330 and last is .I have paid 7 emi on time. I was all the emi's on time because the business was going very nice and not even a single bounce in the loan. But due to some medical as well as some financial crisis in market my business got shut down. Six months I was unemployed. Now I have started a job but it is not possible to pay all the emi's on time because suddenly crisis occurs. Sir I want to know whether it is a law so that I can get few months time from banks or finance company to pay my loans. Please help me asap because the collection departments continuosly calling me and I am not be able to concerate on my work and if I am not be able to that How will I pay in loan in future as well. Please help me. I need your help.

As you mentioned in your query that earlier you tried to negotiate with bank regarding emis. It will be advisable for you to contact the concerned branch and tell them about your problem. Try to negotiate with them regarding the rescheduling of repayment. Bank will definitely help you and in case bank moves to DRT and civil court for recovery in that case also will ask you pay. But not a lump sum amount but in installments. So concentrate on your work and try to negotiate with bank.

i was cheated by a job counsaltant on behalf of gulf company they got convinced me to do resign from my ongoing job and from past 2 months they daily told wait for 10 days 15 days and so they submit my passport and 25,000 money.i want to take legal action against them..
