Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am from Delhi and was doing an internship with JSD Solutions (a digital marketing agency in Delhi) and out of three stipends, twk stipends were cleared but they not clearing the last stipend of Rs. 8,000. They aren't replying to my messages on WhatsApp and Google Chat. My internship was completed on 4th September and they said, it will take 15 more days to clear the things. Today is 13th October but they aren't releasing my stipend.

Q: To Recover the Arbitration Cost

एक को-कोपरेटिव सोसाइटी से मैंने 150000/-का personal लोन लिया जिसकी कुछ किश्त देने के बाद में आगे किश्त नही दे पाया । जब सोसाइटी के पास मेरी तरफ से किश्त नही गई तो सोसाइटी ने arbitration कोर्ट मे केस कर दिया था उसके बाद arbitration court ने एक ऑर्डर इशू किया जो मेरे ऑफिस के नाम था जिसमे मेरी सैलरी से 10000/- deduct करके सोसाइटी मे जमा करने के लिए कहा गया था । जिसमे principal लोन के साथ साथ interest और penal interest भी था ओर साथ ही मे arbitration court जो की लगभग 35000/- थी तो लगभग पिछले 18 महीने से मेरी सैलरी से 10000/- deduct हो रहे थे जो की अब तक मैं 180000/- पे कर चुका हूँ । क्या ये arbitration जायज था ? और ये arbitration कोर्ट फीस मुझपर जबर्दस्ती थोपी गई है । क्या ये arbitration कोस्ट 35000/- की है क्या वो वापिस हो सकती है ?
