Q: I sold my land ,now I want to cancle it because of cheque bounce
I sold my property to a dealer and got my payment through check but now the check is bounced and he isn’t giving the money back. The cheque number is mentioned in the registry. I want to file a cancellation case for the property but I am afraid what if he sells the property further to someone else . Can he still sell the property if I file a case against it ?
Advocate Kushagra Goel answered
Firstly file injunction in the order, so that you will get the stay order and the person will not be able to sell the property further. And also file the case of cheque bounce to recover your payment.
