As per the new Online Gaming & Regulation Act 2025, online International lottery is prohibited in India. I want your legal advice on whether Indian users can still play through international lottery platforms that act only as agents/messengers, where they purchase the physical ticket abroad on our behalf. Q: Name(Format Issue) in (Aadhar/Identity Card) and (Education Document)

My Name as per Birth Certificate is <(AA)RYAN RAJ>Father Name: My Voter ID also has name as per DOB.But my Education Doc has name as Also, my Aadhar and PAN has name as <(A)RYAN RAJ MUSKESHSINGH RAJPUT>I want to update my AADHAR but which one to go with DOB or Education Doc(it is nearly impossible to correct this)Is this considered as name change? Because I was born in UP and Studied in Gujarat and they have different naming format.

Update your Aadhaar using the name format in your Education Certificate and PAN. This is a correction, not a name change. Keep your Birth Certificate as proof of DOB. Make sure all future documents use this same name format to avoid confusion

Q: Bogus signture of farmer in power of attorney.

i purchase land by satakhat from one farmer in 1994.they are four farmer another party makes power of that four farmer in 1996 but in that power one farmer sign is bogus.from that bogus power they make sale deed. after that farmer whose sign is bogus was died in 1999.fsl gave report person is died so its not possible to find out correct sign. i taken private expert opinion.in opinion conclusion come signature is bogus.my case is in civil is pending and 156 {3} also pending.what should i do.

Your land purchased via satakhat is legally valid. The sale deed based on forged PoA is void. We will pursue civil action to declare your ownership and cancel the fraudulent deed, and follow up with criminal investigation for forgery. Meanwhile, do not transact the land and preserve all documents. We will also strengthen evidence via expert handwriting report and witnesses

Q: false theft case i did on other innocent person what can i do

what should i do if i knowingly falsely implicate someone in a theft case and that person files a defamation case against me ?

Filing a knowingly false case is itself a punishable crime under BNS Sections 217 and 248. If you are already facing a defamation action, the best course is to apologize and try to settle. Otherwise, you may face criminal conviction and civil damages. Going forward, never misuse legal process, as it not only harms others but also exposes you to multiple legal liabilities
