Q: Succession certificate mandatory to get plot allotted to grandfather

Hiii As my grand parents died my mother is only a daughter my grandfather was allotted a plot by department to which we are paying rent since 40yrs to change the name of allotte department needs legal hire certificate or succession certificate is it only issued for my mother or for whole family of my mother i.e grandchildrens.... OR The notary affidavit is enough insted of succession certificate

If they are asking for Succession Certificate then you should consult an advocate and file a case for obtaining succession Certificate as your mother is the only daughter of your grandfather she will get Succession Certificate.

Q: Criteria for applying for OBC creamy and non-creamy layer

i belongs to bc-a caste my father is railway worker group3 whose income 8.3lakh per annum this year and we are not having any other income source.., crossing the limit 8 lakh.., can i eligible for obc non creamy layer or not.., some are saying me falls under creamy and some says non creamy layer please clarifiy me. some ias aspirants of 2016 were disqualified regarding this obc non creamy layer issue.., i am also an aspirant of the same..,

Yes you fall under creamy layer because your father's income is above 8 lakh per annum and your father's income and status will define you fall under creamy layer or not as your father's income is more than 8lakhs you come under creamy layer
