Q: My wife chatting with ravi raj basiya named person when i away from ho

My wife has sexual relations with other men behind my back, such as Ravi Raj Basiya and Ashish Patel, and they are communicating via Instagram and text messages and make video calls and sex chats till late at night and I also have an 8 year old son but I am away from my wife due to work. What can I do in this situation?

Mara husband mane past relationship ne lai ne torture kare che , marriage pela me Kidhutu k hu 1 relationship ma hati jena contact ma hu kadi nati rai , me just mara husband ne atlu kidhu k hu relation ma hti but a natu kidhu k me past ma ani sathe photos lidhata k koi physical relation ma hati , but 1 month pela aene mara photos joi lidha je mane khbar nati k mari drive ma save hta .. atyare mare 4 month ni baby girl che , but after marriage aene maro k Mari 6okri no koi j kharcho uthavyo nathi

शादी से पहले का रिश्ता अपराध नहीं है, इसलिए पति आपको इसके लिए ताना नहीं दे सकते या टॉर्चर नहीं कर सकते।पति द्वारा बार-बार पुराने रिश्ते की बात करके मानसिक प्रताड़ना करना गलत है और शिकायत की जा सकती है।आपके पास 4 महीने की बच्ची है, इसलिए पति पर आप दोनों का खर्चा उठाने की कानूनी ज़िम्मेदारी है।अगर वह खर्च नहीं दे रहे हैं, तो आप मेंटेनेंस/खर्चे के लिए कोर्ट में अर्ज़ी डाल सकती हैं।पुरानी फ़ोटो का इस्तेमाल करके डराना, दबाव डालना या ब्लैकमेल करना ग़लत और शिकायत योग्य है।आप चाहें तो मेंटेनेंस, प्रोटेक्शन और घरेलू हिंसा के तहत सुरक्षा जैसे कानूनी कदम उठा सकती हैं।

Q: My query is related to the jewellery of my mother

My question is that their is a case between my mother & father from last 23 years. I & my mother both are leave separate from past 23 years from my father. I dont file any report in 23 years to get my mother jewelery from in laws house. But now I want my mother jewelry from her in law house. So can I get it now or not

Q: Mutual divorce, money spent in husband's property

Hindu wife, no child, living separate since 4 yrs due to neglect & wrong behaviour from husband side. No earlier legalcase filed. Want mutualdivorce but wen we were livingtogether i gav my own money (many lakhs directly to contractor) in construction of husband's ancestral house. How to get money back legally? Am I entitled for alimony in mutual as I m unemployed? If I don't divorce & live separately, can I ask for maintenance? I never took any money till now. Hoping advice, not gender biased

Q: Illegal Confinement & Forcible Separation from Husband

I am illegally confined by my parental family, forcibly separated from my husband despite a Gujarat High Court protection order (26/09/2025). I face death threats to me and my husband, sexual assault threats by my uncle, abetment to suicide threats, forced divorce, forced second marriage (BNS 87), and was made to sign blank papers under coercion. Police inaction continues despite HC email to SP/Collector.

You are not required to stay confined.You have a legal right to live with your husband.Police must protect you, not ignore you.The High Court order is legally binding.Any pressure for forced marriage/divorce is illegal.
