Q: fake case after not marriage from a girl after engagement

i’m a hindu guy I am 30 years old and I wanted to get married. Then my family found a match and I got engaged. After a few days, I came to know that the girl's behaviour and character was not good and her family members were pressurizing me to get married soon and were threatening to kill me. After much persuasion, the dowry money was returned to them and after a few days, they filed a fake case against me. 318(4)/316(2)/351(2) /352/356(2) /356(3) / 61 / 3(5) BNS g% ¾ D.P.

Hello, if a FIR is being filed upon you based upon fake allegations from the opposite party, you can approach the High Court to quash the FIR registered on you upon fake allegations by the opposite party

Q: Inheritance Farming Land Claim

My father has made sale agreement of his portion of farming land with other person without own children consent(village- MOKAMAH, Patna district). We are three sisters how to void that agreement as we sisters are not ready to accept it. Kindly help with all processes & steps with tentative cost to do so.

hello, first you need to share that whether the said farming land is ancestral property or self-acquired property of your father. if the said land is ancestral property, you all are equal co-sharers of the land and must file a partition suit.

Q: Regarding property disputes of family

My father sold my grandfather's ancestral property. But now sister of my father making claim on that property after sale deed. They filed an title suit. My father is not alive. Can they claim on my father property for recovery?

hello, yes she can claim on your father's property because daughters have an equal right in ancestral property by birth and your father executed the sale deed and received the sale consideration and therefore created a legal liability.
