Q: Is it a good idea to file a 125 crpc case
Hello, I filed a divorce from my wife. When she get notice she file DV, 377 and other type of false cases against me and family. nMy wife is MA, B.ed, she has caoching center and earns 30 to 40 thousand every month. I'm only BA and earn 10,000 rupees per month, I also live on rent and don;t have any property. She has asked maintance in DV case. nI wantt to ask if I can ask for maintance from her in section 125 crpc? nSab women ki he baatein sunte hain, PS mei, court mei, cAW cell mei, ab lagne laga hai aadmi hona or fir shaadi karna he sabse bada paap hai. :(
