Can i file defamation case against my wife...if dv case under process...she withdrew list of witnesses as relatives after 7 years...its hurts my reputation in the society.

sir if your D.V case disposed off in your favor then it will automatically gives a ground to file a defamation and malicious prosecution against your wife and you can file a defamation case against your wife after that.

Q: Firm falsely represent themselves as brand authorized service provider

A firm India falsely represented them selves as authorised service provider of livepure and collected money for AMC of Water Purifier. Now they are not providing service

you can file a trademark infringement suit against that firm for unauthorized use of your trademark and can ask for the damages and compensation along with the rendition of accounts under civil law. you can also conduct the raid upon the alleged firm, in criminal law.

Q: Legal process to file a petition for divorce in Delhi

I am living in Delhi. I got marriage at my hometown, which is in Bihar. What legal steps I have to take for divorce. It's mutual divorce.

you can file a petition for dissolution of marriage on one of the grounds of divorces but before you do, you must need to consult a lawyer who can listen to your problem and then only could suggest you the best advice.

Q: What to do if husband is not giving me rent from the house

I m joint owner in 2 commercial shops in Delhi n rent agreement were executed in the court jointly. One with my husband n 2nd with my daughter in.law. I want to know if my husband does not allow me to take any rent n keeps everything in his control, can I ask the tenants to pay me the half rent direct in my name. Or suggest me otherwise.

If you are a joint owner of that property then you have a right to claim for half rent as per your share in the eyes of law. You can claim for it by the way of recovery suit and the accured interest but i won't suggest you to go for that option as that may severe your matrimonial relationship. It is always better to settle the things by the means of discussion in amicably manner. So try to settle down your dispute with your husband by discussion.

Q: Voilation of visitation rights after Mutual consent divorce

I have taken Mutual consent divorce in Feb 2018 after 9 years of marriage . My wife has custody of 3&1/2 year old son and I have visitation rights for 4 hours in 2 months. Now I am not allowed to meet more than one hour saying baby wants to sleep/wants to go-to toilet etc.also grandparents are constantly coming in between meeting. Also they don't respond timely and keep on postpone meeting. I want to Know my options.

You have an option to file execution and contempt petition of the mutual divorce decree order. You can claim your rights before the court and write all your griviences whatever you are facing in details.
