Q: What to do if wife not coming back to husbands house ?

I got married in 2015 after 1 year my wife went to his father house and never returns it's 14 months now. I visited her home many times to take her back home but she refused . Not she don't even answers my call and messages. What is the procedure to send legal notice to wife to come back home?, what to do if wife not coming home?, I am a Sikh

You can file a petition of restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of HMA ACT to bring her back. Court will issue a notice to her and she has to give a reason that why she is not willing to join your company. This is the only way possible to bring your wife back to your house.

I am a 19 years old girl from Delhi i havr many issues with my parents i want to move out n leave them one of my friend is helping me to get settled can I legally move out at the age of 19? What action can my parents take against me or my friend? what are my rights after 18 years in india ?

As far as law is concern you are major and capable of taking. Your own decisions and can roam freely around, but being a practical man i would suggest not to opt any of such act that may trouble you and your friend in future. There is every possiblity that your parents will file a complaint against your friend for kidnapping. So don't do any such act.

Q: Want to file for defamation against wife for filing DV case against me

Can i file defamation case against my wife...if dv case under process...she withdrew list of witnesses as relatives after 7 years...its hurts my reputation in the society.

sir if your D.V case disposed off in your favor then it will automatically gives a ground to file a defamation and malicious prosecution against your wife and you can file a defamation case against your wife after that.

A firm India falsely represented them selves as authorised service provider of livepure and collected money for AMC of Water Purifier. Now they are not providing service

you can file a trademark infringement suit against that firm for unauthorized use of your trademark and can ask for the damages and compensation along with the rendition of accounts under civil law. you can also conduct the raid upon the alleged firm, in criminal law.
