I am a HINDU married woman (32 years) and I have a younger brother and mother (HINDU). My father (HINDU), a retd. Bank employee passed-away 2 years ago with health issues. He owns (self) a 25-year-old house that was under Bank loan and the loan was closed recently. My father also has a share of my grandfather's property. My brother and mother did not include me when applying for the legal heir certificate and they DO NOT want to give me the share in my father's property. Please guide me if I am eligible to claim my share in my father's self-owned property. If yes, please suggest how to proceed further.Regards

if the property is self acquired property of your father. & if he as not wrote any WILL or Gift Deed then all the legal heir have equal share. you have to get a legal heir certificate and has to file a partition suit .and you have to collect all the related documents regarding the property.
