Q: Delay in proper treatment resulting life threat

Dear Sir/Madam,My mother is in one of the private hospital in Delhi. She was admitted due to breathing and heart issues which found out to be a bacterial infection. Proper medicines were delayed with many other issues due to which her condition becomes utterly bad. Doctors say we are checking. What to do in this case? Should I write to health ministry but help with procedure -having details of negligence? Please help to save my mother.Thanks Regards

You can approach consumer courts for relief if you had a gap or negligence in your treatment. However, I would not recommend shaking too much up while the treatment is ongoing. You can do everything after your mother is better, and you can also try shifting her to a different hospital.

Q: 498A chargesheet registered as Misc Case on ecourt

Can anyone confirm why 85 BNS chargesheet registered as Misc Case instead of Cr. Case and under petitioner it is showing as Complainant as Petitioner and State as Advocate vs SHO Police station as Respondent instead of Accused.Is it positive thing for accused person or not?

Hi, this is a procedural technicality and has no bearing on your rights/liabilities as an accused person. There is a small likelihood of a petition having been raised in your case by the complainant for a different prayer. I would need more details to explain as to what the nature of the other petition is.

Q: Caught for Public Drinking Pabandi Nama Breath analyser test

Police Caught me yesterday in public Drinking near Saket. They took breath analyser test. Take out slip which shows 198 mg. It was drunk driving slip. He cut the drunk driving part on the slip. No section was mentioned on that slip. He took photo of my adhaar card. He asked me to sign pabandi nama. And asked me to go. Calibrated date on that slip was untill 2023. He took my adhaar card it has old address. anything I can do on this or it was just warning? If Anyone can help on this, I'm scared.

I’d suggest getting in touch with the relevant police department through a lawyer to check whether there’s been any sort of case registered. No worries taking it easy after if it hasn’t. In fact, there is a good chance that they did not file any sort of case at all. It would be best to file for anticipatory bail In case they did file an FIR for a non-bailable offence.
