Q: A friend borrowed money and now refuses to pay back

What I do to get this money back from my friend. ? He is talking so rudely. Not giving any answer to give my money back . Should I go to police?

No... Police will not help you. We have to send one legal notice and thereafter wait for some time. And still if he is not responding then we can file a case in the court for recovery. If you want to take proper steps then contact me and meet me after taking appointment.

Meaning of 'Rule returnable' is, you have filed your case in the court and whereby matter is admitted and placed for final hearng on 14 September. In this procedure court is issueing rule which is one type of notice to remind you that you matter is kept for final hearing.

Q: What to do if my father in law is not letting my wife stay with me

my wife is working as a teacher 6 month passed of my marriage she didn't give her salary to me and everyday she would be updown at her home to office about 4 year before marriage then now she said she want to leaving their Alon at work place so her father stay my wife to her home about 6 month Incase i send legal notice then my father-in-law is police officer so I m Alfred that maybe he will trouble me on Rong case like ipc 498 and also he knows all court matter i m also a government servant so I m worried about that. Marriage one year complete on this dt- 24-5-18. Please solving my problem

To be frank I could not able to understand your query whole. But for resolving your issue, do one thing first of all you alongwith your elder family member and one or two of her relatives who are able to understand will go to her home and say her to come home and if she has any conditions then try to resolve. But keep someone from her relatives with you so he be your witness in future consequences. Try this once is still not resolve then contact me.

Q: Procedure to change name in official documents

Sir, I have my name on all documents is written as X and I want to change my name as Y then how to do it? Name on Educational certificates is X also.nd in my govt service X name is written so I want change name there too.

You can do it by publishing in official gadget. For that you have to fil one form and also enclosed some of your documents along with one affidavit cum declaration. These whole procedure will take at least one month and sometime it will take longer also.

Q: What to do if documents are lost in court

I filed a civil suit in august 2011 in Gandhinagar,Gujarat. I also got an interim Stay on our Joint property in March 2012. But today on 5/5/2018 I was surprised to know that all the documents I produced at the time of filing the case were missing. The respected Judge has asked to produce all the documents again after 7 years. I am really surprised and shocked how can this happen in a judicial court. Can I still put trust on the Judicial Court where such important documents get lost and we can not get justice because of such irregularities. Please guide me what to do?

Yes sometime it may happened in lower court but you no need to worry, you may give application for early hearing and also produce documents if you have that or let the court say on order that there is no papers available.
