Q: relinquished deed before Sale deed

I am purchasing floor in south delhi & ownership is with 2 brothers who got the ownership of whole property via registered will from father. Sisters have given NOC for no interest. I have to get Sale deed done soon. Please advise if relinquished deed need to be complete before Sale deed or can be done later?

if your brother and sister is agree to leave the share then you can make the R Deed then you can sold the whole property no need the NOC from your sister only you can make the R Deed for sold the property

Q: property dispute after my mother's death

Property was under my mother name after her death my father given a statement that whenever the property get sold a share will be given to me of 15L but my brother is now going to have the property registered on his name without any written agreement of my share

you can file the civil case because your share can't sold out without your consent so you can file the civil case immediately this is a forge and fabricated your father can't sold you share without any agreement

Q: Tranfer to single name after spouse death

Hi, we have a property jointly owned by my father and mother with equal share, my mother is expired how the title can be transferred now to father name only, he is the surviving co owner

you transfer the tittle trough R Deed in favour of your father you can leave own share and after that you make the R Deed in favour of your father if you have more brother and sister. anybody can transfer the tittle through R Deed

aap uske liye ek police complaint likh kar de do sho acp dcp or commissioner kr yha uska rob dikhana bhi band ho jayega or jo agreement ke anusar kaam nai Kiya hai uske liye ek civil case file kar sakte ho

Q: Release Deed without consideration

Property purchase joint owner two brothers. Now one brother trasfer his share to other without and consideration. Release Deed without consideration is legally and suitable for such trasfer.
