Q: Petition of bail for case u/s 420 declined from court want to re apply

My friend has been charged with sec 420 in FIR and his bail is declined from the Tis Hazari court. Now where to apply for bail?

Mere pati mujhe apna address nhi de rahe 2 saal se hm separate h bchche mere pas h ab WO bchche lene ki keh raha hai Maine apne aadhar card par husband name b change kraliya kyunki WO div. Nhi de raha tha ab main kya kru kaise case file kru without address

Q: Filing complaint for record purpose against false case by friend

My friend has threatened me to file a false case against me after a fight between the two. I want to file a complaint only for record purpose. I do not want police to take any action based on it. This is just a future safeguard for obtaining bail if my friend files a case against me. Can I file this complaint online? If Yes, please provide some details.

Hi, This is in reply to the legal query made by you. I would like to tell you that under the prevalent laws it is not possible to register a police complaint without anything substantial. Mere threats of falsely implicating won't be sufficient enough to prove anyone guilty and liable to be punished. Q: Complaint against car dealer for cheating regarding hypothetication.

Sir, 6 month before i have purchased a 2007 model honda civic car from a dealer in delhi.the car is on hypothicated but loan is closed and a bank noc in my hand.The dealer friend approch me for remove the hypothication(he is an agent)i have to pay 3000 with my RC,bank noc and last owner proof.after 20 days i get RC (not get Bank noc and proof)but the problem is hypothication is not removed .I think that bank noc is expired both the agent and car dealer is cheating me.currently the Rc sale letter and a cash receipt in my hand.what is the legal validity of this case.

Q: Complaint against partner for breach of contract of marriage.

I was in a relationship with a boy for 11 years including almost 5 years of physical relationship post promising for marriage. But the time when marriage came into picture his parents demanded for for dowry indirectly which I opposed and thus the boy denies for marriage. What can be done in this?

Hi, The following reply is apropos the query raised by you. Ma'am I would like to apprise you that in such a situation, you can initiate appropriate crimimal proceedings against the said person for both demand of dowry and giving you false assurance of marriage to have physical relaationship with you. Both offences are cognizable and non bailable and punishable with rigorous imprisonment. A complaint can also be made against the parents of the boy for demand of dowry and accordingly committing various offences punishable under the Penal Code. RegardsAdv. Harshit Vashisht
