Q: Illegal occupation by prospective buyer
We had entered into a collaboration agreement and an agreement to sale on floor to the builder in lieu of constructing the entire building. The builder has now allowed the prospective buyer to occupy the floor which we agreed to sell even before signing of sale deed and registration of the same. We have not entered into agreement to sale with the occupant as the person who signed agreement to sale with us has in turn seems to have agrred to sell to the occupier. Neither he has the floor registered in his name nor electricity or water connection in his name. What is tge legal remedy?
