Q: Husband wants to divorce me but I want to stay with him
I got married in March this year.. it was arranged marriage..I had ex b4 marriage but i stopped talking to him..after marriage he started messaging ms.i again avoid him.one day i saw my ex miss call on my husband cell .i got scared and deleted n decided to meet him and made him understand that now I m married...in April i met him where he was staying at hotel (that was my mistake )..he promised me not to contact me..at that time he came from washroom n was in towel..he forced me to have selfies..with me.we took 2..3 selfies..after that I started living happily with my husbnd..in month of June.from an unknown number my husband got that pics..since then i am at my parental house ( from 11 June 2018 till now)...there is issue of lack of trust with my husbnd..he dont want to continue with me..but I want to live with him..I tried hard to convince him but he is not listening to me.he is not ready to meet me either.yesterday he send me notice for mutual separation .pls suggest

In this case, you should reply of notice sent by your husband. You can file a case of U/s 9 of HMA to get directions for your husband that he should take you with him. Merely on the ground of those pic. it is very difficult to get divorce by your husband.

Me hindu hu or meri sadi ko ek saal ho chuka haii ,bt mere husband ne jo cruelty base pe jo divorce file kiyaa hai kya usme hme divorce mil jayega,me apne riste ko bchana chahti hu kisi bhi halat me .mere husband ne apne ko or apne pure privaar ko ye kh kr bcha liya hai ki me unse bar bar dhmki deti rhti thi ki me unhe fsa dungi ab me kya kru plz help ..

when husband can file a divorce case on the basis of cruelty:1- Wife filling false complaints and making wrong allegations on the husband and his family members.2- Demanding separate home and demanding the husband to live away from his parents. 3- Making false allegations of adultery.4- Wife denying love and care, acting like deadwood, NON participation @ rituals, deserting husband are all cruelty.5-Wild, reckless baseless allegations of impotency.6- Falsely alleging that she was forced to sleep with father in law , writing to employer to get husband dismissed etc are cruelty.These are some grounds for cruelty and burden of proof is upon husband.
