am writing to seek your legal guidance regarding an issue with my date of birth on my minor passport and birth certificate.When I initially applied for my minor passport before 2004, we submitted a handwritten birth certificate that mistakenly recorded my date of birth as 09/06/1997. That time, we did not notice the error, and the passport was issued based on that incorrect date.However, my actual and correct date of birth is 09/08/1997.
