Q: Land registration process of grandfather land over his dead

My grandfather father is dead ,our land is in his name only,my grand father and his father is dead ,then what is the process for registering land in to my father name,pls suggest

are you have the document reflecting your grandfather name you can apply for legal hier from court. if it's on your grandfather's father name you have to apply for succession. if you don't have any document you should file declaration suit.

My father and his 3 brothers all together bought 15 acers agricultural. My father used to work out of village, so our part land was captivated by all three brothers. But now my father came back to village.and asking to divide my part Separately so that we can look after land but other three are intentionally postponing and speaking rudely. nEven though they have eating in our property. And sometimes even threat us by saying we need to take improper land and clean it. With our own money. nI don't know how to go legally, first my intension is to ceaze the land and need to calculate the 25 years my agriculture land value, they cultivated for and immediately bifurcate our part.

I hope the your father is getting his raitubandu. and your father name is reflecting in passbook, and phanni. once you get clear with documents you have you can fill partition suit in appropriate district court. I strongly suggest you to get the documents if you have documents go and apply for ratubandu in concern MRO office and get acknowledgment

Q: Due to divorce, My DAD did a settlement deed to my brother.

Hi SirI was going thru a divorce when my Father along with me did a Property settlement deed on my brother. I signed the agreement fearing that my wife may ask for a share in the property in 2011. The divorce was granted by the court. Recently in May 2022, My father expired and I did not ask for the share back till my father was alive as the property belongs to my Father. Now when I am asking my brother to give me my share he is refusing. What to do, Please guide me.

Can i buy the flat which is built in the 467 sq yards with out any permission, In the vali colony, tolichowki hyderabad.. If documents 670/2020,671/2020 of Golconda SRO... How can i know the land documents are clear?? They said they applied for permissions.. & told yo register all flats(15 flats) at a time.. Can i stop some amount till registered??

The property in on my paternal grandfather's name.I only have his service certificate as government employee and my father's death certificate mentioning grandfather's name.
