मान्यवर महोदय जंहा रैगिंग बैन है इंडिया में आज भी रैगिंग होती है लेकिन कई केस में वंहा की अथॉरिटी भी मिली होती है जिस कारण स्टूडेंट्स केस रैगिंग में फाइल करते डरता मेरे साथ ये केस दो बार हुआ यदि इस केस में मै एविडेंस तो नहीं दे सकती लेकिन एक ब्यान दे सकती हु की यदि मुझे दोषी पाया जाएतो मुझे सजा दे और यदि विरोधी पार्टीज गलत पाई जाए तो जोकि पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी का माता गुजरी हॉस्टल वर्डनेर और वंहा की लड़की है तो उसे सजा देते हुए मुझे जस्टिस देते हुए उनको सजा दी जाए ये मेरी इन्साफ की मांग है आपसे -crpc 32 के तहत ज्यादा तर केस में स्टूडेंट्स को सहने को बोला जाता कंही दफा माँ-बाप द्वारा भी क्यूंकि बाहर हॉस्टल के बिना रहना काफी महंगा होता है और सही प्रोपोर जानकारी स्टूडेंट्स -पेरेंट्स आदि को नहीं होती और केस में अधिकतर वंहा की अथॉरिटी लड़किया को गलत काम में फंसाने के लिए भी हॉस्टल वर्डनेर उकसाती डराती जिसका स्टूडेंट्स विरोध करे तो उसके करियर खराब करने की धमकी दी जाती है जैसे की पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी में मेरी रैगिंग

you cannot go against University about evidence first you have to collect the evidence against the university Jordan and the warden next time t h e y force you to do illegal thing you should record everything as evidence. Q: Matter of unathorised construction

I live in jj colony Delhi .I have been alotted 18 gaz plot by Delhi government.my plot is situated at corner of street we want to take 3 feet more space in backside of house for temporary bathroom ,I know it sounds unathorised construction but in my locality 95 % people have done it already so I want so but my neighbor next to our house opposing this and threating us .he wants to file complaint against us. the interestingly he has already done illegal construction in backside of his house and threating us to stop this otherwise he would complain. What should I do now? How I can handle this situation, please guide me it's very urgent.

If your neighbour has done an authorised instruction he should have paid money to the MCD official you can also do construction but if he complains to MCD officials will come and they will demand money from you and you have to pay them money at that time you can also complain about the neighbours illegal unauthorised construction so that we could also pay Toda MP3 official but this is illegal if your neighbour is threatening you then you can also threaten him saying that you will also complaint against him for the unauthorised construction he has done then he may cease complaining about you

Yes,she can get married 3rd time with two kids but it depends on the first marriage then whether it has been annuled or not . if it has not been anulled,then third time and child will not be able get property right , they will have only right in mother's property .If the marriage has been annulled then , the child will have right in the property of father as legal heir.

Transfer of property means transfer of ownership. So you have to make transfer of property deed in the name of grantee . Then you have to register that deed. If no problems arise then you can make an acceptance of deed in tehsil.

Q: Power of attorney required for khatauni where to find

We bought land in Haridwar Uttarakhand it is registered in my mother's name. Now we wanted to register in khatauni but they want us to provide registered poa of the seller. I have a copy of that but how I would get original.

In this case, first you have to approach the lawyer who made this power of attorney. If he is not available than you can hire any lawyer. The record of power of attorney is maintained by the government. You can easily get original power of attorney from tehsil.
